Wash your hands, and then rinse your face 4-5 times with warm water, about 35°C. Wet the soap with warm water and rub it in the palms of your hands to form large bubbles. Check out our instructional video, which shows how to lather. |

Next add about a teaspoon of warm water to the bubbles in your palm and lather it thoroughly, adding air to the bubbles until you have formed a fine lather that is firm and springy. When the lather is firm like whip cream, forming peaks, it is ready. Check out our instructional video, which shows how to lather. |

Wash your face with the lather using a circular motion, working from the center outward. Rather than pressing hard and washing your face with your fingers, be very gentle, washing your face with the bubbles in the lather. Don't forget your lips and the eye area. |

Without applying pressure or rubbing your face, rinse the lather off with warm water. |

Finally, splash cold water on your face to firm up the skin, and then gently pat your face dry (again no rubbing) with a soft, clean towel. |
