		Wash your hands thoroughly and rinse your face with lukewarm water.

		Wet the soap using lukewarm water and roll it in your palms several times.

		Adding a few drops of lukewarm water repeatedly to the foam on your palm, softly mix air into the foam with your entire fingers in order to make big bubbles.

		Apply a little force and make the bubbles smaller, imaging that you are letting the air out of them.

		Gathering the foam that has spread to the back of your hands and fingers into the palms, make the foam creamy.

		The foam is ready for use when you can make a “cone.”

		Gently wash your face in an outward circular motion from the center of your face with the foam. Make sure to include the hairline area as well.

		Gently wash the wings of the nose and the areas around the eyes and mouth using fingertips.

	Rinse off the foam with lukewarm water. Do not rub your face when rinsing. If you had make-up on, wash your face one more time. To finish, tone your skin with cold water.
